The Bangladesh government is fascist in nature and has tactfully removed democracy from the country. There have not been one or two instances, but hundreds or thousands of incidents have derail democracy. Opposition leaders are jailed with a series of cases only to protect PM Sheikh Hasina’s grip on power.
Foreigners, journalists, the opposition and activists attacked
In October 2015, two foreigners, an Italian national and a Japanese national, and one Christian priest were killed. The government promised justice but that did not happen. There is no justice for the common people. She tortured and jailed credible journalists like Mahmudur Rahman (126 cases, within Sep 07, 2020) and Shafik Rehman lost his freedom and Shawkat Mahmud (32 cases) has been silenced. False cases are filed a countless number of times. Even opposition leader Khaleda Zia is on her deathbed with 34 cases. There is a massive campaign to demonize Khaleda and humiliate her party.
Indian tone merges with Bangladesh government
Pranay Sharma, senior editor of India’s Outlook magazine, commenting on suspicious ISIS killings in Bangladesh, always echoes with the unelected midnight government. Sheikh Hasina’s private secretary Matiur Rahman Rentu wrote a book, Amar Fashi Chai in Bangla and opened up all the layers of her cruel tragedy. A few years ago, Sandip Mitra, India’s assistant High Commissioner (who was active in Rajshahi, Bangladesh from 2013-2015), said “As Indian we were not afraid of that killing”. In the border, they killed Bangladeshis without any reason. If they are criminals they need to face justice. Death is not the solution.
Conspiracies around Bangladesh
Due to India, Bangladesh has been in danger after the 1971 liberation war. Even in East Pakistan, there was more security than after 1971. It may be said that conspiracies will divide Bangladesh and create a Hindu state like Bangabhumi. Propaganda of an alliance of Poshchim Bangla (West Bengal) and Bangladesh leads to fascist thugs attacking Hindu’s houses or temples in false flag operations.
Recently, a Quran was placed in a Hindu temple to agitate the entire nation and create riots. Preplanned video footage and its missing links cleared all this drama. History has taught us how the India, Hasina and Ershad group played games to destabilize Bangladesh to destabilize its health, education and economy.
Massive arson and vandalism in Bangladesh occurred during the BDR Mutiny (2009). 1971 war crimes were slapped on innocent people and many were killed in 2013 (opposition Jamat leaders). These were handled by Indian RAW agents, under the direct leadership of Sheikh Hasina.
In return for shedding blood, the Hasina government grew through the notion of give and take, only to hold on to the power without the peoples’ vote. India is largely responsible for the suffering of Bangladesh.
Billions of rupees have been spent in the past to bring down the popular BNP government. Until the 1996 elections, RAW spent more than $108 million on Bangladesh. It is well-known that millions were invetsed on special channels to cover the expenses to topple the BNP government. Sources said that a great deal of money was given to a newspaper to dismantle the nation. This Kolkata newspaper always falsely reports that the Pakistani spy agency ISI was involved in the Bangladesh catastrophe. This is completely false. All this false news was published in a Bangladeshi daily newspaper, Inquilab in December 2020 to January 2021.
Even the former US ambassador was attacked
On August 8, 2018 headlines read “The US Ambassador’s Motorcade Attacked in Bangladesh”. According to UNB, the motorcade carrying US Ambassador Marcia Bernicat was attacked by unidentified criminals who chased the vehicle and threw bricks at the car where the envoy was seated. Armed men targeted Bernicat’s car in the residential Mohammadpur area in Dhaka. A prominent social activist named Badiul Alam Majumder, of the advocacy group known as Shujan, has told the media that when the ambassador left in her car, the attackers threw bricks at his house as well. Local police confirmed it but nothing was revealed about the identity of the attackers.
In this regime, it is customary for everything to remain under cover. Only the “positive” rule of PM Hasina is revealed. Bangladesh represents only her safe haven. No one is important inside or outside. In Bangladesh, everything happens by Hasina’s command. Her thugs openly disclose that fact to the nation and everyone knows it.
When the US ambassador was attacked, there was a mob of the students protesting the traffic conditions demanding road safety after a bus accident. They were protesting amiably, but the police handled the situation brutally. 100 people were injured due to the use of tear gas and batons. The students took action to save themselves carefully and same time, gave an ultimatum.
Protesters and journalists have always been the main target of attack for the Awami League. Unidentified men carrying sticks and metal rods unleashed violence on the students. The Authorities arrested prominent photographer, Shahidul Alam after he said on television that the government was using “brute force” to remain in power, which was true.
Let’s give back Bangladeshis human rights, democracy and freedom. After fifty of its birth, Bangladeshis again lost their existence, facing struggles for their survival. We urge to the world to keep an eye and do justice for this nation so that the innocent people can survive not violently, but humanly.
